Known as the Blue fairy, Filha is trained as a cosmic veterinarian and she is well know throughout the galaxy for the friendly and happy zoo the she runs.
Fihla’s special powers are based upon her very good rapport with animals. She can talk to all Kagoo’s regardless of where they come from. She is an excellent nurse able to care for any sick animal.
